STAC-N1 Benchmarks show Metamako latency barely detectable

Posted on May 05, 2014 by David Snowdon 05 May 2014

he Securities Technology Analysis Centre has released their audited reports, confirming the extraordinarily low latency and extreme determinism of the MetaConnect 16 device. For further details, see our press release:

If you'd like to get in to the nitty-gritty of the benchmarks, have a look at the reports as published by STAC. They've published two reports. The first describes a benchmark which measures the latency for the flow of data between two machines, connected at 10G via fibre. The second describes a benchmark which measure the latency for the same machines, but replacing the direct fibre connection with a number of hops through three MetaConnect devices.
